Meet with your hiring manager and your team to understand how and what your work at Kryton would look like. If there’s a fit, you’re almost through.
At this stage, you are almost there. Depending on the role, you will be required to complete a Profile Assessment and provide a list of References. Once these pass our requirements, we’ll start discussing your offer letter with you.
Once your offer letter is in, accept it and come on board.
To establish fit for both parties, you and Kryton, the entire process of hiring would take at least two (2) weeks.
