Kryton International Inc. has been named the best manufacturing, construction, and distribution company to work for in British Columbia (BC), Canada, for 2010. The company also secured second place in the Top 10 Overall category for all businesses in BC. This is Kryton’s third consecutive year of being recognized by BCBusiness Magazine and MindField Group. The top employers in BC are selected based on employees’ opinions. Kryton offers profit-sharing, a gym, and extended benefits, but employees particularly appreciate the company’s compassionate human resources policies and multicultural workforce as reasons for giving the company high marks.
