Mr. Racy Sidhu, CEO Kryton Buildmat Co. Pvt. Ltd. holds a Materials Engineering Degree from UBC, a Civil Engineering degree From BCIT, and has completed several specialized trainings at Duke and Queen‘s University. He also has completed advanced training in Safety from Det Norske Veritas (DNV). Prior to joining Kryton, Mr. Sidhu had a long and distinguished career in Lafarge where he worked in various positions and different geographies including a three year expatriate assignment in India.

The KRYSTOL T1 & T2 system is a unique concrete waterproofing treatment that is a cost-effective, permanent and reliable alternative to traditional membrane-based waterproofing systems for the prevention, repair and maintenance of existing concrete structures. It is surface applied to existing structures (could be on negative or positive side) to repair leaking concrete and eliminate future leaking through micro cracks and pores. It is the only system of its kind available in India.

Krystol Internal Membrane (KIM) – Winner of the Most Innovative Product Award at World of Concrete in 2003. Krystol Internal Membrane (KIM) is the ideal substitute for time & labour intensive, expensive externally applied surface membranes, KIM is added to concrete; it is used as an admixture and becomes a part of the concrete. lt can he added onsite or at the hatching plant. KIM protects against moisture transmission, chemical attack and corrosion of the reinforcing steel. It is an integral crystalline concrete waterproofing admixture and a PRAH (Permeability Reducing Admixture – Hydostatic Conditions). When combined with water KIM’s proprietary chemicals react to form millions of needle-like crystals. These crystals grow and self seal the capillary pores and micro-cracks (of up to 0.5mm) in the concrete, blocking the flow of water. As time passes and stresses form new cracks, any incoming moisture causes the crystals to reactivate – ensuring continuous waterproofing over the years.
