Vancouver, B.C. – Kryton International, a BC manufacturing success story, celebrates unprecedented worldwide growth and expansion for its proprietary crystalline technology with a grand opening for media and industry partners at their newly expanded technical headquarters in Vancouver on September 14, 2007 from 3-7pm.
The state of the art technical headquarters in Vancouver comes on the heels of Kryton’s recent expansion with offices in the Middle East and India, coupled with strong exports to China and the rising Canadian dollar. Locally, Kryton concrete waterproofing products have played a significant role in the Concord Pacific and YVR aquarium and tunnel projects. The grand opening will feature a ribbon cutting ceremony, food and refreshments, live music and a unique tour of Kryton’s new manufacturing and R&D facilities. Door prizes will abound, as will the opportunity to meet other global industry partners and the Kryton staff.

The Vancouver headquarters feature twice the production space, four times the warehouse space to increase production capacity and efficiency, further cost savings through bulk purchasing and storage of raw materials, and the ability to maintain larger inventory levels for faster response times in customer orders. In addition, the new lab expansion is triple the size and includes cutting-edge equipment and resources that will assist Kryton’s technical services team in their commitment towards industry-leading innovation in concrete waterproofing products.
