Vancouver, BC – January 19, 2014 Concrete waterproofing manufacturer, Kryton International Inc. has launched a new Spanish Language version of their website (www.kryton.mx) to meet the needs of their growing Mexican and South American markets.
Although the Mexican construction industry has been in a contraction in 2013, the prognosis looks to positive growth for 2014. The industry is expected to grow 4.5% in 2014, generating 300,000 jobs, according to a report by Mexican chamber of construction, CMIC.
In 2013, Kryton was involved in at least thirteen major projects in Mexico and South America, including Espacio Minerva in Guadalajara, Jalisco MX, Universidad San Carlos in Guatemala, and Trend City Center in Porto Alegre, Brazil, to name a few. Kryton made the move to invest in the new website, due to the increased demand in many of these regions for value added products. Sustainability is becoming a growing concern as developers look to create longer lasting, more durable infrastructure. Permeability of concrete is a major cause of deterioration, and the resulting repairs or replacement time and costs can take precious resources away from growing cities.
