Windsor Park is a prestigious-gated community, spanning over 11 acres and eight high-rise towers in Delhi, India. The community’s luxury features includes swimming pools, tennis courts, children’s play area and more. The exclusive mini-township is the first of its kind in India.
In order to command a luxury price, the entire structure including the terraces, pools and basements needed to be completely watertight.
The design team wanted a complete solution for their waterproofing needs, one that addressed all their requirements from walls to joints to tie-holes and one that did not require any other external membranes.
Kryton was the only company that could offer the complete system to address all the design team’s waterproofing needs. Kryton’s Krystol Internal Membrane (KIM) Concrete Waterproofing Admixture and Krystol T1 and T2 surface-applied concrete waterproofing product were used along with Kryton’s Krystol Bari-Cote for the projects details such as joints and pipe penetrations.
The Owner/Developer Assotech was pleased with the results and has used Kryton on several successful project since then including the Celeste Towers.
